Over the course of 20 years nobody has fully understood my overwhelming grief or been able to guide me through it in the way that Anat has. And it was a total relief to me to find somebody that understood and was able to help me process very complicated things. I have seen a number of counsellors and the only one who has truly helped me is Anat. Over these years I have had a constant feeling of extreme dread and anxiety which caused serious physical issues. My sessions with Anat made me feel physically calmer and mentally lighter. It has been one of the most important things I have done.
